I had a persistent backache for many years. I used to get aches and pains whenever I walked up stairs or sat for a long time. Mr. Kasi gave me a set of postures to practice at home. After a month of practice, the pain is completely gone. I am truly inspired to practice yoga more regularly.

We have been having yoga sessions with Kasi since November 2006, when my husband was recovering from an immune-system disease.

His classes were just what we needed at that time. Even though my husband is fully recovered now, we still continue having the classes, as they are a lovely break after a hard day. Kasi is not only a great teacher, he is also patient and observant. These qualities help him create classes that challenge us, but are within our limitations too.
